Christmas Gift Exchange Wheel
Make your holiday gift exchange exciting! Spin to determine gift order, match Secret Santa pairs, or pick who opens next at White Elephant parties.
Perfect For
Using This Preset Well
This preset runs the turn-by-turn rules of a White Elephant or Yankee Swap: Pick First, Steal a Gift, Trade with Someone, and so on. It does not draw names for Secret Santa by itself. For that, replace the entries with the participants’ names, turn on Remove winner, and spin once per person, noting who gives to whom as you go.
Setup checklist
- Agree the house rules first: how many steals a gift can survive, and whether the first player gets a final turn.
- For a Secret Santa draw, paste the names in, enable Remove winner, and record each pairing before the next spin.
- Remove rules your group does not use, such as Dealer’s Choice, before you start.
How to read the result
Each rule slice has the same chance per spin. The wheel does not remember previous turns, so it can land on Steal a Gift twice running; that is normal, and the group decides whether to honor it.
Limits
A Secret Santa draw done this way is visible to everyone in the room, so it is not secret unless one person runs the wheel alone and messages each pairing. The wheel cannot enforce the exchange rules or a spending limit.
